it's not like back in our day
Casey looks to be extending her terrible twos into a year of tyranneous three-something. Heaps of tantrums if the world is not permitted to revolve around her particular axes (that's the plural as opposed to a cutting tool).
Anyway, a while ago Fiona was relating to me an episode from earlier that day where Case had scragged her when an axis didn't seem quite right. After the blood flow had been stemmed (or the blood boiling, rather, had settled) Fiona told me she went about explaining that
"When the new baby comes you won't be able to hold it because we can't trust you. You're just too nasty sometimes and the baby needs to be looked after."
The sermon that Fiona gave Casey went on a bit more and then I asked Fiona, "what'd she say to that?"
"I want to watch The Grinch"
